In short, these are the devices that will work with Centrafuse. Many people have had great luck with the EmlScan 5, which runs on the ELM327 chipset.

As Jan said, the Elmscan 5's are great. I have the USB model that covers all the protocols, been using it with CF for months now w/o issue.
