Here are the pictures of the card, and the case I made for it. Still need to smooth the edges before its completed. I made this with a removable back plate in case it ever needs maintenance.

Also a picture of the mic, I personally dislike it, and will probably get a higher quality one to replace it.

You can clearly see where you connect your 5v power. Red being + obviously.
