I've never finished the skin ... and I've had a lot of warm comments -- thank you very much. I've also had a lot of request for the skin (which isn't finished), but pretty far along...
I'm letting you guys have the raw files, if you want them.
If you're able to finish this, I would personally love it too! Since there are so many of you wanting this, maybe you guys should get a little group together so effort isn't duplicated.

This is the project as it was during the time/date that VD2 was dated -- so new versions may (are) available for VD2 program, and may have some compatibility issues -- but you smart CarPuttin' fools should be able to figure out it.
Wish I had more time to work on this, but with this economy, I've got to put my focus elsewhere.
Thanks for everyone's support, and dont' forget to cross-check these two threads to make sure if indeed someone does carry the torch, others know about it.
