Okay, I did, tested, it works great, as far as it goes.
This is the remote and my Joycon setup (the green thing with the black and white wires). I used a radio shack mini jack and some computer fan wires and plugs. The only thing missing from the picture is the USB cable.
I got a problem though: Joycon does not let the computer go to hibernate or sleep mode. It goes to sleep/hibernate and immediately wakes up. It was sleeping perfectly before.
I tried to uncheck the ( ) allow this device to wake the computer up in the device manager; to no avail. It's maybe the application running on the taskbar? If it's not behaving well, I'll try to use Xport to kill the driver before sleep and restart it on resume. I also wrote a question on their website, they've been answering some there.
Also, this Sony remote (Sony RM-X2S) has one or two more buttons that Joycon does not pickup with one wire, but it does with the other. I use the one that picks ups 10 buttons total, leaving some push/rotate movements aside (disc change button). So how can one connect 3 wires to Joycon to be able to use all the buttons? The box came with two resistor. Why?
Cheers,
RH.
