Support Requests Sub-forum

In an effort to help keep the forums better organized, I've opted to create a 'Support Requests' sub-forum. All reported 'bugs' that end up being machine specific or not bugs at all, but rather configuration or education issues, will be moved to this new forum.

I will try to post any support emails that come through that are valuable to the community as well. Maybe this will help others to troubleshoot their issues.

If you have a support question, you can use this forum as well if you don't necessarially want to email support. Other users can feel free to post in here as well to help troubleshoot.

The goal on that front is to help users find answers quicker than they might if they just emailed support.

Please do not do both though. Please don't email support AND post in the support requests forum. Keeping both up to date will become very time consuming.
