IPod Issue

Hello, I did a search in the bug section under IPod and saw that others were able to access their IPod so this may just be my hardware but I thought I would mention it just in case.

I have a IPoc Classic 80Gb. Attach directly with USB cable.
Motherboard is an Intel D102GLY2 with 1Gb RAM.
Windows XP Pro - fully updated except Service Pack 3.
AVG antivirus.
CF Ver. - 2.0.508

Issue is that when I attempt to access the IPod the busy icon (square box with revolving circle) appears and then the Centrafuse application freezes. I even left it running for a couple of hours to see if it would become responsive again, it didn't. While this is happening all other applications including Windows are functioning seemingly normally. However, the task manager does show the Centrafuse process running at 99%.

This will happen if I plug in the IPod while Centrafuse is running. If the IPod is plugged in before launching CF things will be ok until I click on the IPod button on the main menu or select IPod from the Library menu.

I did save a couple of logs but I don't know if they will help since I couldn't save them until after I forced-ended the CF process and restarted CF.

Thanks.
