no no...i didnt mean that it was cracked or pirate....its just that i installed the same windows on my 2 pcs. i mean with the same reg code. And on both framework 1.1 wont work. I tried the ways u guys said...still no positive results

Well thats probably the reason why its not installing. I never had a problem installing .net frameworks in the thousands of legitimate windows builds I have done.
