Problem with phonecontrol and id tag information
I have downloaded centrafuse 1.6.This program is just perfect.Ultimate.
I have only some little problems using it. 1)I have problem with phoco.I run centrafuse.Phoco runs too.Trial message show up.I press try. After 5-6 seconds phoco connects to my phone. My phone changes profile to car-pc and have a icon for headset on the screen. Until here everything is fine i click "PHONE" button in centrafuse and nothing appears.I try to refresh but nothing happens too.I have found that if i close centrafuse and run it again this problem is soft but this is not a solution. Also headset icon showed up in my phone's screen but my pc does not work as a headset.I still use mobile's mic and speaker. 2)Something id happening with the id tag of songs. I import music to library.Click media-media manager-artist and alla the name of artists are written with weird symbols.I am from greece and i have written information of artist-album and thing like that in songs in greek. If i try to load a track from his music path songs are written in greek and works fine. But when i try to load them from artist-or album-or genre it seems that there is some problem with greek language and get some weird symbols instead of greek letters. What can i do for these.Pease help!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The included PhoenControl trial expired, this is why you see this message and it doesn't properly work. There were also a few bugs in the PhoneControl plugin in 1.6 that have been fixed in 1.7.
1.7 will be released soon and should solve your phone issues... The Greek tag reading issue should have worked. Can you email support@fluxmedia.net with an example file that is causing the problem. This way I can test and try to solve. I had it properly reading Unicode characters and testing with some Chinese files, but never Greek, but I assumed they would work. Unless Greek tag information is in another encoding set. david |

Please give me some help to solve my problems.I 've noticed that the problem is'nt only in id3.
In music paths also there are some songs that are written with greek letters and some other that doesn't.Is it something in charset enconding???? Is there any difference between centrafuse 1.6 and all previous editions. In previous editions everything was normally. waiting for responce |

I plan to look into it, but there will be no fix until the next release...
I have made some fixes/improvements in the tag reading in the upcoming release that will hopefully solve your problems... david |
