My CAM doesnt even show up!

Im using a Logitech Pro 3000. With SP3 I didnt have to load logitechs software and drivers. The CAM works with all apps, except CF. All I get is a black screen. If I hit record then another CF CAM screen comes up and it seems like only the CAM plugin locks up. It not really a big deal since I only use the cam for Messenger, and not CF.

we have 4 different brands of camera devices here and on multiple machines they all record fine... on some slower systems it will take a bit for the button to respond, but never had it hang, lock, or freeze Centrafuse...

I have seen this error in multiple versions, but we have yet to reproduce it...

make even temporarily take a poll to see how many people actually use the camera record functionality and take it out until we can figure out what is causing this so machines do not freeze...

I just dusted off my old Logitech Quickcam 400 Pro and had the same result, nothing but a black screen on the CF Cam Screen, and a screen cap of the screen if I take a picture. I'm going to try my xbox live Vision today as it is recognized as a webcam by xp.

***Edit

Xbox Live Vision works fine, took about 2 minutes to install itself.
