Fixed & Closed: Error message if no audio device found

Hi,
Centrafuse acts very weird (everything is drawn overlapping in the top left corner of the screen) if for some reason there is no audio device when starting it (my mainboard disables on-board audio sometimes, but this can also be an issue with external sound cards that become unplugged).
A nice error message that initialization of audio failed would be a much better behavior.

it will load without these issues after the next update when no audio device is present...

I've had similar problems with CF in the top left hand corner and menu showing. Quick fix to get this back to normal is to set screen to FULL SIZE and change SKIN to desired SKIN. Then change settings as required.
Basically config file get corrupted.

Long term fix,
I found that CF / Windows was still shutting down after the PSU had shutoff. ie my PSU is set to send a shutdown command 20 seconds prior to shutdown. As stated CF / windows was still shuting down and I suspect caused corruption to the config file.

I have reduced XP wait to kill settings etc and now have the shutdown completed with in 15 seconds.

Also since this fix I no longer have HQCT startup problems.

Im get sometimes this error to if I have muted soundcard before I start CF...
