Red face Voice Recognition???

I'v been testing centrafuse like many of you have. It is by far the best gui i found for a carpc. I love it and can not wait til its release. I bought an fm tuner and a tv tuner to test and works great. I also bought a microphone to test the voice command but i can not seem to get it to work. It recognizes my voice when i am setting the voice commands. But when i try using it (just an example) i changed "load media" to "music". I went back to the main menu and i am not kidding i must of said "music" for like 3 minutes straight and it didn't take me to the media. Is there something i am doing wrong? Or does this currently beta release do not support voice commands? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

One thing is you always have to say the command first, it's the first thing you can set in voice setup... It is default to computer... so you would have to say:

"computer load media"

you have a keyword so it doesn't start trying to recognize until it hears computer, makes it have less false positive hits...

Also.. Since I use the recoding inputs on the sound card for the visualizations, pause/play/rewind on Radio and Sat Radio, this causes me to take over control of the recording mixer selection, so regular microphones will not work...

You need to use a USB or Bluetooth microphone, they work a LOT better than cheap plastic mics you plug into the mic input anyway...

Once plugged in, they usually auto set themselves up as the default voice mic... If you don't use any of that, but you mentioned buying a radio, then you can get it working with a mic...

actually I think I made the visual not cause the issue, it's mainly if you use Radio, or Sat Radio, I take over and your microphone would not longer be selected and hear your commands...

I'm looking into it.. I tried to include all neccesary SAPI objects in the last MSI installation file... I will be going back to seperate SAPI installation from Centrafuse in RC4...
