Not reading all my ID3 tags of mp3's

I have around 1000 tracks in my library, all mp3.

Approx 10% of them come up as Unknown artist'' but has song title/album details correct.

I tried re-entering the artist names on some of these missing artists and then to rebuild the library, but the same result - Śnknown Artist'. I have on every mp3 track the artist/song/album/genre entered on every track in my library.

Any ideas?

Email your smallest of these files to support so I can see what is wrong with the tags or my tag reading...

I got it and I will look into it...

I believe it has something to do with some files having both ID3V1 and ID3V2 tags in the same file...

I hope you had a good weekend/Xmas.
