RC7 General Thoughts - Searching for Feedback

Everyone,

I have been going through the forums, seeing the steady progress of v2.0 and I wondered how everyone felt about RC7's stability and functionality.

I have an enterprise system that I support that still runs 1.47 while I excitedly wait for 2.0.

I'm simply looking for general feedback on RC7, thoughts and opinions.

Thanks!

RC7, in my opinion is very stable. Alot of the bugs were worked out in RC5, RC6, and most ironed out in RC7. With the fixes that Flux has made in RC7, My system now runs 100%. I am not having any issues what so ever.

I"m just like the previous post. RC7 on my setup is extremely stable. I'm not having any issues either at the moment.

Apart from the serious bluetooth echo/delay for the phone system, everything is pretty smooth.

I have to agree with everything that guys have said above.

One more thing I would like to add is that the Centrafuse Navigation can use some work. But hopefully some updates should be coming this weekend to fix them.

Its getting there.

Nav problems with destination screen disappearing - looks to be solved for next release.
Phone problems: speaker drops back to handset after a few seconds.
Cannot read SMS inbox, can with 1.2 says not supported on CF7.

I've got to do some more tests before I raise these to Flux as possible bugs.

But its a lot better than RC4 and RC6.

Turn off AutoAudioTransfer in phone settings, this is a common mistake and are posts about it all over these forums.

Not supported yet, just as the dialog says. SMS supports and Phonebook support will be added in a later release.
