you can find voice files all over the net. I believe there's a link on the mp3car forum somwehere as well, the thing is that CF has linked the use of Destinator voice files to the selected language of CF.
Meaning that you will have to rename your "G.W. bush" voice pack into "english." TTS is not integrated in Destinator, the only way to have your computer to say something, is by putting it in yourself. And next I don't think Destinator has a command to say streetnames. You can always build a plugin for another navigation software, which has these features...
