Cool Your in luck

Darkslyde,

I actually work for Cirago. I handle all IT and pretty much anything customer related as well as writing the NEW tech manuals, the old ones are NOT ME!!!

Ok, so whats going on? Did you install the bluetooth drivers for this product? If not, you can find them at Cirago International on the support page. These are only Windows drivers, if your using a Mac, your system should auto-magically install the needed drivers and your product should start to work on its own. In Linux, the HAL daemon also recognizes the devices, however you might have to update the kernel and or use flags depending on your version of Linux and the kernel thats presently built.

If you have more questions, feel free to contact me.

This may be a different story now as the new version of CF has its own Bluetooth stack and Bluetooth phone application. The old Phoco system is no longer in development but needed Bluetooth devices that worked with the Broadcom stack.
