OBDII Adapters

The Centrafuse OBDII module has been designed to work with devices using the ELM chipset.

These devices have been tested and functional within Centrafuse:

ElmScan 3 (ELM 320, ELM 322, ELM 323) - http://www.scantool.net/
ElmScan 5 (ELM 327) - http://www.scantool.net/

OBDII right-angle cable

The ElmScan5 (or ElmScan 3 series) created by www.scantool.net is the recommended OBDII adapter for CF.

They also run www.OBD2Cables.com and have this sweet cable for permanent/semi-permanent OBDII connections, that wont get in way of the driver as much.

Check it out.

Please keep this thread to just posting about OBD-II scanners that have been proven to work with Centrafuse. If you need to discuss these options or figure out which one is best for your application, please start your own thread. Such posts are laible to be deleted or moved accordingly.

ProScan PWM OBD-II Scan Tool works in Centrafuse.

The ProScan PWM OBD-II Scan Tool works in Centrafuse. Used a Belkin Serial to USB adapter. Installed the driver for the Belkin adapter, and changed OBDII settings in Centrafuse to COM port 7, and ELM 322. Works like a charm!
