As promised a couple of screen shots of my OEM system relating to this thread. The first one shows the screen where the location of the car is and changes to give you a basic idea of where you are. That been said its not on the main map or other screens which I think the other thread refers to.
This second shot is one I have mentioned before else where ( but I cant find the thread ) which shows an approaching manouver over laping a 'full screen' map. The little red bar you see goes upwards the closer you get giving you an indication as to when you need to do what ever your sposed to do and to the side of that is a distance read out.
There are a number of views in my OEM system... the above split, map full screen ( manouvour displays when needed over the top )only and manuvour full screen only.... It would be good if these got added to the GPS system but I have a feeling this is a Destinator addition rather than CF2....
