I'm adding this first Centrafuse 3.0 CML Tweak for a few reasons:
a) to show everyone this new area of the Downloads section, AND
b) and that you don't need to make a new skin to make a simple skin tweak using CML.
c) define the structure of how to post a tweak

Description This CML Tweak updates the new advanced listview to provide better contrast and readability, especially in bright sunlight situations.
Instructions
Extract this ZIP file into this path:
C:\Program Files\Centrafuse\Centrafuse Auto\Skins\Clean\listview
Overwriting these following files:
CommonStyles.xml
MediaPlayer.xml
SelectionBar.png
Note: - We strongly advise that you backup your skin folder when using these CML Tweaks, as there is no way to "Undo" these changes.
