I have close to 200 gigs of music, it takes over an hour to index these files in Centrafuse.
If it took you 30 minutes and you were 35% done, that's 3150 POIs imported. Not too shabby. Really, there's nothing that can be done to speed up importing, however, this really is something you should need to do every once in a while anyways. Also worth noting, each favorite folder can only hold 4096 records, so you might consider splitting up the POI list into 3 different folders.
