My GPS Updates Very Slowly.

Centrafuse Carputer, CarPC & UMPC Forums - FAQ: Navigation

Some users have reported issues with their GPS running slow or taking a long time to update. In most cases, this can be traced back to the BAUD settings for the GPS.

The most reliable, most trusted settings are as follows

BAUD Rate: 4800
GPS Protocol: NMEA

You will need to have Advanced Settings enabled within Centrafuse to access these settings. Please see this FAQ for information about how to enable Advanced Settings: Centrafuse Carputer, CarPC & UMPC Forums - FAQ: General Centrafuse

If these settings do not work for you, please either post on the forums or contact support.
