How do I Manually Activate Centrafuse?

Manual activation is for those users who do not have access to internet in their vehicles.

When you purchase Centrafuse, you are provided with a serial key.

When you run Centrafuse outside of Trial mode, and you have not activated it, you will be presented with a 'Machine Hash Key'.

BOTH of these keys are required when activating your install of Centrafuse.

An activation key cannot be generated without both of these keys.

Instructions for Activation via Email

Your best bet for manual activation is NOT over the phone. The reason for this is simple: speaking this number of alpha numeric characters over the phone tends to lead to errors on both ends. It is much quicker, easier, and less error prone if you use the built in 'Copy to Clipboard' feature that presents its self at the time that Centrafuse asks you to activate.

Just select the link and Centrafuse will copy your keys to the Windows Clipboard. Open up a word editor on your computer (NotePad or Word Pad will work fine) and paste (Ctrl + V or select 'paste' from the edit menu) the information. Save it to a USB key/thumb drive/puck drive, and take it to a computer that you can email support from.

Open the file and copy and paste the information over to an email.

Send the email to support (at) fluxmedia (dot) net.

IMPORTANT!

Do not restart your computer once you have gathered this information! Doing so will most likely result in that Machine Hash Key being regenerated and thus changing, which means that the activation key that is provided to you will no longer work.

You must leave your machine on or let it hibernate if you are having to activate manually.

Not to worry though, activation requests are usually handled within a few hours of being received. If you send in an activation key during non-business hours, you can expect a longer wait. Normal business hours for activation key generation are 8:00 am -5:00 pm CST Monday - Friday.

Since we understand that this can be a burden, we make it a point to check the system for any activation requests over the weekends and at night when we have a chance to.
