I'm having problems installing my maps or my maps don't seem to show up in Centrafuse.
Once you install the navigation maps using hte provided map installers, when you go to the following directory, you should see the following map folders:

C:\Program Files\Flux Media\Centrafuse

2.0 Map Folders 1.0 Map Folders
Canada_TeleAtlas_R407 Alaska
EastCentral_TeleAtlas_R407 Canada
MidAtlantic_TeleAtlas_R407 East Central (MI IN OH KY TN)
MidWest_TeleAtlas_R407 Hawaii
Mountain_TeleAtlas_R407 Mid Atlantic (DC DE MD PA VA WV)
NorthEast_TeleAtlas_R407 Midwest (ND SD MN WI IL KS NE IA MO)
Pacific_TeleAtlas_R407 Mountain (AZ CO ID MT NV NM UT WY)
South_TeleAtlas_R407 North East (CT MA ME NH NJ NY RI VT)
SouthEast_TeleAtlas_R407 Pacific (CA OR WA)
TrialMaps South (AR LA MS OK TX)
USARoads_TeleAtlas_R407 South East (GA NC SC AL FL)
USARoads

If you do not see all of these folders, then the installer did not complete properly.  Delete the folders that you do see, and start the install process once more.

Once you are done with the install process, all map folders are present, and you have an active GPS signal, if the map does not snap to your location, you will need to change the map that is loaded.

To do this follow the steps outlined below:

  • Go to the Navigation module
  • Press 'Menu'
  • Press 'New Address'
  • Press 'Mode'
  • Press 'Change Map'
  • Select the region that you are in and select 'Load'
  • Press 'Close'

If your  GPS settings are correct, then the map will snap to your location.

If the location arrow is white with a red 'X' in it, then your GPS settings are not correct.  Adjust your GPS settings for your GPS device and the location arrow will snap to your location.
