[Solved] Problem with bug posting ????

Hi guys,

Is there some issue with posting new bugs ?

I've posted about the same bug twice now, once on Friday and again this morning and neither have appeared.........

What's happening ?

f1racr - we are not open on the weekends, you posted this on the weekend, then again at 1:30 am this morning. Please understand that we are a small company and we are in a different time zone than you are.

I am also moving this thread to it's appropriate location, as the general Centrafuse customer comments is not the location to report issues with the forums.

Can you give us more information about the issue you're having as well? Do you get any error messages? How long is the title that you are posting?

Fair call Jan, I posted the first bug report on Thursday AM your time though, I only reported it here on Friday..... but anyhow.

There are no complaints from the system when I post, it says thanks for posting and sorry you're having and issue we'll do what we can to sort it out blah blah blah, that kinda thing........... no errors of any sort and I've submitted it twice now.

Where to from here ?

If the bug report isn't going through, we have no way of knowing this until you posted THIS thread...which was posted " Yesterday, 02:52 AM "

I understand that.......... I thought however at first that you guys would have all bug reports maybe go into a holding pen to check them to make sure they should be there, then once verified they were put up, that's what I do with my forum so I waited to see it appear.

It's OK Jan, I'm not upset or annoyed with you guys, I'm happy that you are so active on the support front, it's hardly life and death stuff if my car PC doesn't work properly even though some people on here act like it is

Seems that Dejan picked it.......... put in a shorter title and it worked this time if I kept it under 40 characters, mine was 47 before.......

That's fair enough, but would be worth looking into the length issue in the subject as it's a bit frustrating when you've written out a long description of the issue and it just dissapears..
