USB Phone Control

I would like to know if you can control the phone through USB as opposed to Bluetooh.

I always connect the phone to a power supply and my phone is a Windows Mobile 6 device with a mini-USB port so it could be connected directly into a USB port on the CarPC which would provide charge and direct connection to the PC without any need for Bluetooth and associated issues.

Can phoco support full control over USB or is there another program that can do this? Can't seem to find much info on it.

PhoCo is going away forever, and CF will be introducing it's own native Bluetooth stack to replace it. You can't use USB to hold conversations... only Bluetooth. You CAN use USB to get your data connection from your phone, and it will result in faster data transmission than over BT. However, I don't CF currently has anything built-in to control the data connection over USB (it does for BT) so you'd have to handle your data connection in Windows and on your phone (using the Internet Sharring function of WM6).
