I emailed support twice now regarding my license file for 2.0 as the license I bought isn't on my login page.

What is the typical turn around time people are finding for simple support questions?

it is normally very fast, we pride ourselves on our support...

as you can imagine with a serial number update like this our support is overloaded with updating serials for retail, distributors, resellers, OEM's, QA, Translators, Marketing licenses, etc...

you will get a response and I apologize for the delay...
