I haven't actually installed one yet, but very close. I was originally going usb but have decided RCA into my AV2 on the Xenarc that way it will switch to it when ever the reversing camera powers up (wired the vehicles reversing lights). I too do some towing and plan to wire in a switch which will allow me to switch the camera on when not in reverse. No doubt it could be switched from the PC using Phidgets or Fusionbrain. Hope these thoughts help.

It was this 1.

Car Rear View Camera Water Proof Miniature Cylinder Shape CMD Lens

Not too bad but it is a little bigger than I hoped.
