What were you doing when you encountered the bug

Steps and Outcome:

1. I reformated my system
2. I installed all necessary drivers for all of my devices
3. I Downloaded all CF files (maps and CF) and installed CF Navigation version .806
4. The system asked to reboot
5. Continued installation of CF Navigation
6. Rebooted System again
7. Ran Installer for CF 1.0 Maps
8. Entered in Name and Company (automatically)
9. Entered in CF 2.0 Password

Outcome: The installer states that the installer was interrupted during installation and that no changes were made to the system.

10: Attempted to install Maps once again but this time using the CF 1.0 Password. Still no Luck...

Result: Cannot install maps

Are the PC specs under your user name the same as the system you are reporitng this bug for

Hi Alok,

Can you reboot the PC again and try installing the maps one more time? It almost seems like the installer is getting canceled by some background application or another installer. If reboot doesn't help, you might have a corrupt file downloaded. Might want to try downloading a fresh copy again.

This users issues were resolved via support.

It appears that the serial number was just entered in incorrectly.

This is your serial key, no password.

Since 1.20 is no longer supported now that 2.0 is out, you should use your 2.0 serial key exactly as it is provided to you. Just copy and paste it.

I had to use my 1.20 serial key, then it worked, from there everything works fine and fast, thanks to the team.
