OBDII attempt to write to ..\Visuals\plugins\OBDII\log.txt

Hi David,
while i was searching for another problem i found this entry in error.log
i was asking myself why OBDII tries to write to this dir !? could not find a setting in OBDII config.xml..

This was an issue in one of the earlier 1.4x versions where the visuals changed the path, this should have been fixed in the latest 1.44...

the visuals changed the path and when the plugin saved relative, the path was wrong...
