What are you using to create your vCard file?

Do you have a single card for each contact or is it a single file for all of them?

Outlook 2007 doesn't have an exporter built in.

If you are using Outlook, then you have a plug-in that allows you to export to vCard format. What are you using to export to vCard?

i am using outlook to export the vcards. I select all my contacts in the contacts tab, right click and use "send as business card" option. It creates a email message with all the vcf's as attachment. Then i select all attachments and use save as function to save the vcards.

Outlook does have a vcard exporter. For individual vcards you can go to address book, select a contact and right click, properties and then in properties go to File and then export vcard.

Sorry it's taken me a while to get back with you about this.

You might want to try this:

C:\documents and settings\[username]\My Documents\Bluetooth\Inbox\phonebook.vcf.

Edit it in Notepad. Begin to remove vcards out of this file, run Centrafuse, remove more vcards from that file, run centrafuse, etc, etc, until the bad vcard causing the problem is found.

I use the P1i and it sends all the vcards as phonebook.vcf file. When the file is sent it is about 300 kb but when centrafuse loads it the size reduces to 110 kb . i have huge number if contacts trying to insert one by one is something not possible,it will be similar to feeding the data manually to centrafuse. Is there some tool which can find out what exactly is causing the problem?
