I added this app, but I cannot add it to my button layout, nor do I see it listed within the settings. Help?

I am having the same issue with CF 2.0 release. I run the setup and it tells me it is all setup, however when I go into the settings I can't find it.
I do have the latest version of Skype installed and running in the background.
Any help you can give would be appreciated (also please let me know how to register it as well)

Hi,
I have started receiving a message on screen stating that the license for CFSkype has expired.
Any reason for this?
