Any possibility I could get this plugin to talk to the LogoDashboard plugin, to get real-time info into the dashboard? It'd be nice to have speed, heading, and lat/long.... Since I don't use destinator I haven't been able to get the logodashboard thing to work right with gps. Thanks

Hmm, i'm not too sure. iGuidance doesn't have an SDK so there's no way to pull any information from the GPS through it. However, it would be possible to read the data from the GPS directly and calculate the data myself. Do you know how the LogoDashboard reads the data? Does it just pull the information from Centrafuse's navigator?

Even if you run the standard version of CF, the gps is still operable to a point. It will report the speed, lat/long, etc. The only info it won't pull is the "local" info, such as your current city and street address because of not having maps for it.
All you have to do is run a port sharing program, such as Xport or GPSGate.

Unfortunately I do not know how LDB pulls the data. I was just assuming it got it directly from CF/Destinator since what I wanted to do wasn't working right.
I just discovered the port replicators (XPort) while browzzzing around last night. I'm not quite sure how they are set up, I'm travelling so don't have time to tinker with it.
Malaki, can you give any tricks/hints on how to make that work that might save me some time? Thanks!

Any other ideas on how to be able to fully make the gps window fill the entire screen and have a way for it to come back?
Maybe a button to make it fill the screen and a double click to come out of it?

Xport is pretty easy to use. You just install it, set the incoming port to the physical GPS port that your computer uses, then create virtual ports for the different software to use. After you've done that, set the different GPS programs to their own port. I run 4 virtual ports: CF, iGuidance, CoPilot Truck 9 and have 1 free if I need it.
The only real differnce between GPSGate and Xport is that (besides Xport being free), GPSGate can be used for live tracking.
