Yes. I just released the beta version of this plugin for CF3. I'm calling it "App Loader" since there is nothing specific to iGuidance in this plugin, it was just my inspiration for creating it.

Ah no I don't believe it's backwards compatible. However the existing plugin should work just the same

well, it won't allow me to change the "iguidance path"...

is it normal? I mean, how will I tell it that I want garmin instead of iguidance?

in the plugin's settings you can specify any ".exe" for it to load

nope, it won't allow me...

when I go to change the path to another *.exe, I can't go further than "my computer".

I can't go into c: or any other drive...

Hmm, weird. You can edit the config file manually then. It's stored in your user's AppData folder.

It's something like: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Centrafuse

can you be more specific?

one more thing...I'm running win7 if that means something...

I can't find application data, is it hidden or different in win7?

edit: found it!

but the iguidance folder is empty

hmm, not sure if the old plugin will work in Win7. The new plugin definitely does if you plan on upgrading to CF3.

In Win7, the config file is under "All Users" first and then divided into your user account
