DSATX power supply diagnostics plugin V1.0

Hi Guys bad news, DSATX power supply I've been using has some hardware related problems. I'm in the process of sorting it out.

Therefore my developement has shifted from infrastructure code (which I was hoping to get stable this weekend) to doing some setup pages and skin coding.

So developement hasn't stopped just delayed on the main code. Once I get all the hardware issues resolved I should be ready to fix up the infrastructure code and deploy version 1 of the plugin.

Ok, unfortunate that it problems gives. Hoped it had been able to test soon. My DSATX I installed now and am ready for testing.

Yes, Well I hope to get it resolved quickly. But on the positive side developement on the plugin hasn't stopped...

In the mean time I have completed the setup screens added a new skin and fixed a few communications bugs with the serial interface.

So being the weekend I don't expect support response until sometime this week. Which is just as well as I have a critical exam to study for this week.
once I do get it resolved It's a short time before I release.

In the meantime here's the Onyx WS Night skin I just fired off in 10 minutes. I want to do an Aura one but since it's a background image and not a pattern I couldn't work my normal photoshop magic. I hear something's going to be released with the new SDK which I hope will help with this.

Beautifully! I try to provide later further Skins for Zorros drive Skin. I have these at present and amended to 800x600. Stops us up to date! (sorry for bad english! )

There's 2 reasons why I'll say outright no...

1) My DSATX failed in the middle of my coding, it is unclear on whether my code caused the problem. It's highly unlikely it did since my coding was read only on the serial port. Which leads to reason 2...

2) The other 20% is the write and setup code for the DSATX2 to control the shutdown and other non-POT related settings.

Sorry I can't help in that area, if I had reliable hardware I'd be finished by now.

The hardware update:

1) Support forum on Mpegbox.com...no reply
2) PM ZootJeff on Mpegbox.com...no reply
3) store@mp3car.com...waiting for reply, they said Tuesday working on some big project right now.

I've got high hopes for mp3car getting back to me for support. If we can work something out I should have a replacement model next week. If not then I'll buy another one and have it by next week. I'm hoping they can tell me exactly what happened to the power supply.

Once I have that I'll try the code again and make sure it works and continue the coding. After I have the confirmation that the codes not destructive then I'll be much more comfortable to release to you.

Hopefully I'll have some good news...If you really want to see the bells and whistles then I will PM you the plugin...but it's at your own risk if it breaks your DSATX...I don't want to be responsible for that.

Got a hold of Jeff who supports the DSATX I'm shipping back to him to figure out the issue. It's not completely hooped as I get some response from the serial port but it's definately not working the way it should.

I will send back this week and hopefully return to program it within the next week.

I've switched developement efforts to my Centraskin in improving the interface and prepairing for the next version of Centrafuse.

I received and programmed the version now 1.14 from mpegbox.com. Unfortunately the problem with the Brainstem exists still. It does not function simply so correctly, if the Brainstem is attached at the PC.
Are there possibly still different versions?? Did you already receive an answer from Zootjeff??
How can we solve the problem?? Me Zootjeff can possibly a newer version give?!

I'm sending mine back for him to analyze and find out what the issue is with the brainstem or power supply. I will let you know the outcome.
