My CFiG acting funny
For some reason the top and bottom of my iGuidance UMPC screen is now hiding behind the CF menus. I can no longer see my speed, ETA, etc because the bottom bar in CF is on top of CFiG. Any ideas on how I can get CFiG to the foreground?

This is because you have iGuidance in Full Screen mode. If you're using iGuidance v4, there is a double squared see through icon on the map window, click on that and it should solve your issue. If not, exit CF and open iGuidance with a keyboard connected. I think that F key will switch between views.

I have a BIG problem. I don't know if this is common, but when CFiG is on and it is about to give a voice prompt, my volume of the music playing shoots up to 100%. It's LOUD and DEAFENING. Why does it do that?
I have Destinator running at the same time. However, previously when I did the same thing before I upgraded to this version of CFiG it was never a problem

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Are you using the old CFiG plugin or the new one I created?
Have you tried lowering the volume in iGuidance?

Just curious, have you checked the speech volume level in iGuidance itself?

Yes it's really weird. I have tried to adjust the speech volume level in iGuidance and that doesn't make a difference. It has started since I have installed the new CFiG. The old one has never affected CF 1.0.
When iGuidance voice prompts activate, I can hear the lady at a normal voice, but the song playing in the background get so loud that it becomes deafening to my ears. Then when the voice prompt finishes the directions the song goes back to normal volume.
If this is not a common problem I will try to uninstall CF, then reinstall it all.

COM connection not working in plugin
Here's an odd one (or maybe I'm missing something): iG4 works fine for me standalone, but through the CF plugin it never makes a connection to the COM port. As soon as I try to Nav, it says "Waiting for GPS signal" and then never connects. If I check the GPS Info, it shows no connection.
The COM port is setup properly, and like I said, if I run the app by itself without CF, it works fine. Any ideas? Is there something preventing the process from accessing COM ports? Is it possible there's some other piece of CF causing a conflict on that port?
