FYI the devices are soon going to be ready to order and ship out. I do believe that one of the first people I will be providing one to will be developing a plugin for Centrafuse. This person has made many plugins before so I am sure it will be awesome and I cant wait to see it.

For the latest updates please follow us on Twitter (twitter.com/v1connect) or at Forums | V1Connect. It may get hard to keep all forums updated with the same info from now on. FYI, the first unit has shipped out to a beta tester and I expect to open up for sales soon with shipment starting around October 1st. Plugins soon to follow!

Beta-testing of the V1Connect is nearing completion and development of a Centrafuse plugin is underway. Some info is available here: http://forums.v1connect.com/smf/index.php?topic=7.0
At this time I have opened up the website to pre-orders. All devices will be shipped out on Monday November 2nd 2009. I only have 15-20 devices remaining. I am beginning to order parts for my next larger batch of 50 devices, but this depends on how fast these current ones sell out. Any questions please email me.
Email: sales@v1connect.com.

I just wanted to confirm that I am working with Matt and Dejan to develop the plugin to suit the V1Connect device.
I have already purchased multiple units from Matt and have them installed in my cars and also have a test unit which all worked perfectly as promised by Matt.
Dejan was kind enough to help us develop the plugin and I have tested the core of the plugin and all is well as always with Dejan, worked first time !! .......now we're just waiting for the skinning tools to be released and I hope there will be a basic release for people to use with more developments and integration with Dejan's other GPS tracking apps later on.
I'll let Dejan make any more specific comments.......... just really wanted to let you all know things are progressing so get those orders placed if you've got a V1....... it works a dream ! Can post pics of my hidden V1 install on the GTR if you're interested.

True. Very nice car though. I see why a hidden V1 is needed.

Sure, I'll take some tomorrow for you...... I've got Matt's application working on the PC and it integrates into CF OK if you want to run it like a normal app, but the only real way it's useful on a long term basis is for it to pop up automatically or alert with audio when something comes up, but for the point of testing the hardware Matt's application works well.
Back to you in the morning (Sat night here now)

Did you manage to take some pics? Also if you want me to add any functionality to my software just let me know. I know the plugin from Dejan is on its way though.
