Hello all,

coming back to the idea of creating a PDC plugin for Centrafuse we ( Dejan and i) are proud to offer the first public release.

The new CF3.5.4 PDC plugin version is ready for download now
This plugin is recompiled to work with CF4


plugin with enabled live video camera

This plugin is now part of the CF 3.5.4 Market place and could be downloaded there or from

It works with the special USB device adpater of Roberto Montanari and every camera connected to the windows system.

I'll be ordering the modified firmware of Dejan soon for the front too.

board with modified firmware will be avalible after 26.9. when I came back from vacation... Im test plugin and work very well. Im test it with only one board(rear) because Im get plugin few hours later when Im send PIC v1.10...

Great, just what I've been looking for! ;-)

One short question: Does the camera has to be a USB (web-)cam or does it also work wirh PAL Cams? -On this module ist there a cable I can connect to the reverse light, so the screen automatically goes to the park assistant, when I activate reverse gear? That would be sooo great!

In theory you wouldn't need a cable since th PDC is already connected to the reverse light.
You'd just need something in software to switch screen when the plugin detects the unit is active.

I bet wolfgang could come up with something.

Hi,
I will try answer on yours questions.
1.) About camera. Im not test any camera with this plugin but must work all camera, capture device which use WDM drivers. So If USB camera use WDM drivers you can use it. Or If you buy one small USB capture device which use WDM drivers then you can connect to it any normal camera which use composite output. So you connect camera trought this capture device... I recomend that you use IR camera which is useable in night too...
2.) For using this plugin you need two things:
-Cisbo 323-4 Wireless LED 4 sensor kit
-USB board

Cisbo sensors box have two wire to power it, which you must connect one to groun and another to rear light. So when you put in rear gear, switch on gearbox turn your rear light up and power this Cisbo box. Then USB board detect turned on sensors box and send signals to plugin. You can select distance which must be reached to auto open/show plugin. So you can have your Cisbo box power all time and check distance by pressing PDC button in main menu, or if distance is reached then auto show it... So If you set this distance to 0 then plugin never automatic open/show and you must open it manualy...
This is useable if you use two device one for front and other for rear sensors and you don't want automatic show plugin for front sensors then you set this value to 0.. If you want use rear normaly and for front you want disable auto show option you must manualy edit config file. Example:

<DISTSHOWREAR>225</DISTSHOWREAR> 
<DISTSHOWFRONT>0</DISTSHOWFRONT>

Ok, so basically the camera needs to be connetced via USB or if it is a PAL camera (video-cinch) it needs a USB-Video-Grabber.

As for the distance control, do you think I could use this one? -It looks pretty much like the one one mp3car, altough the cover differs a little bit...

I can't say anything about this sensors kit in your link. We are not test it with USB device. You can buy it and test if work or not. Or you just buy one which is tested, that realy work with USB board...

Ok, bought the sensors from this UK guy now, mentioned in the link on mp3car.com, as well as the USB board from you.

The one I mentioned before is wired and therefore would probably not work anyway...

Now, I'm very excited building this all together.
