[quote=AnandP83;37197]SUCCESS!

Here is a screenshot of the new IBusCommunicator. after many many hours with Spy++, it ended up being the PostMessage() that was not working correctly.

I had a bad ground, all data bits accounted for. When I get back from vacation, I will clean it up and send it out to whoever can bang away at it and break it.

I wrote a new program. IBUSCOMM was not working, and I was not attempting to modify VB6. When I get back frm vacation, I will add some error checking/logging and release an initial beta.

Thanks Assault.

Sully83, did you ever get your application to work? We could combine code bases and make one application.

Hi anandp83:
I´m from Spain so excuse me if my english is not very well.
I read all about the ibuscomm but, I´m sorry, cause I´m more and more confused.
I have a ´98 e39 with auto reverse radio (most basic equipment) that I removed to install my pc. So I suppouse I have to connect the ibus wire from the radio socket to the ibus pin on the resler, isn´t it?
After that,I have to install ibuscomm, but here are the questions:
May i have to write different codes (for e46 or e39) to program catch steering wheel pulses or ibus recognices every car model?
Are there any problem returning from hibernation?
If there´s no cf pluging then ibuscomm not working with CF yet? Only I can up and down main windows volume?
Thanks and as other people say to you, don´t forget to build any space for donate to you for your pluging development. You deserve that for your hard work.
