CF3 Calendar - Page 3

Holy Moses, that is quite good stuff :-) but one thing - as most companies still tend to have microsoft exchange - is there any way that I can sync a exchange calender with Google Calendar ? Then I would close the gap between office (where I use my exchange calendar) and car (where I would use that plugin then) - syncing all entrys from exchange to google - then from google to car. Wow that would help me really much...

Found it - yippiyayeah :-) my next task.....

lol i was waiting for someone to ask me to sync with exchange.. had my reply all ready...

I made some more progress..

- replaced password characters with "*" in config
- properly spaced the Month label of Today so its centered
- created the skin to add new event/appt
- coded in add new event/appointment

more work to come over the weekend.

There is no calendar.csv , in the system configuration, i am not able to save my google username and password though !

Yea thats the bug i fixed yesterday. I will upload it later today.. after i fix the new event skin.

preview of the manual event/appointment entry screen.

Enter these 5 bits of info, press done, and the plugin updates the local calendar, uploads the event to google (if connected) or adds the event to pendedevents.csv for later upload (if not connected). I must note CF3 makes this process extremely easy with the OSK and DateTime Dialogs built in.

I use google apps for my email and calender. It hosts it just like gmail. Is there a way i can change the address that it looks to log in? Example to get my mail. i go to mail.mruotolo.com which is a form of gmail.

I think there's a conduit to sync your outlook to google. I think you have to install it on your pc first then it runs as a rule on the server (like mail rules or out of office).
