Centrafuse Issues

1. load sound when entering DVD
2. dvd starts auto on resume from hibernation if in drive sometimes
3. flicker on volume dialog on DVD
4. centrafuse not properly closing all the time, causing it to have issues when restarted
5. when using multiple soundcards, the mixer always controls the default, so if you change audio to secondary you can't control volume, add support
6. when there are multiple audio devices the mixer code is not properly working, causing mute/unmute issues, check with multiple sound cards also
