Eliminate (o near to) echo
Hi all... i'm using this oftware (free to personal use) to reduce the echo in conversation:
SoliCall Personal Noise Reduction Software for VoIP Services it's free of virus or spyware etc... and the memory charge is really low.
P.S. to mods why don't try and propose a patnership?

it is applicable on anything because you give it the input and output device and in phone calling you use his input output device that has the sound cleaned.
You can normally use the default audio device with other application.

none -
I can't get it to show up under the line in for the phone, but I can for the music device.
I was hoping someone else could either verify this or not.
Anyone?

Solicall?
Has anyone had any luck with this? I also cannot get the Solicall to show up as a mic in centrafuse, but the audio out is fine. I'll keep playing around with it to see if it's something I configured incorrectly. I've configured my Andrea in Solicall as the mic device but no luck thereafter.

I treid the Solical but not in CF, I simply installed it to see how it works. With my experience it really messes up the audio quality. I mean not a little quality loss, alottttttttttt of loss.... I thought I was listening to a A-track player or something!!!!!!!!! The best thing to do is wait for IVT and Flux to come up with something.

Yeah I read your other post regarding the quality, but I still wanted to test out myself in Centrafuse. Under the phone settings you can have independent audio input/output devices so I was trying to see if I could cope with the degradation just to get my phone functional for now. Everythings ok except that damn echo .

Ok.... so I've given up on Solicall or looking for software solutions. I just wired a push switch (similar to a walkie talkie concept) and it works flawlessly. I'm just going to use this until flux comes up with a solution. Basically it's wired next to my sterring wheel - I push it on to turn on the mic and talk then when the person on the other end starts talking I push it off. So basically it's your discretion to turn on or off the echo and acts like a mute button (you can here them whether the switch is on or off). I know it sounds ghetto but the parts cost me $10 and keep in mind it's just temporary.
