The issue is completely random although it happens most of the time. It will be working and then i'll turn off the car and come back and it just stops. There is no audio at all. I've checked to make sure everything wasn't muted and nothing was.

This is mildly funny. It turns out the problem was i just didn't have any signal. I hope CF3.0 has some sort of signal bar or something to indicate there is no signal

I'm using the XMD2000, and there is a signal indicator in the main bar near where it says "Live"

I'm pretty sure that XM (Sat Radio) does have a signal meter, AFAIK. Its in the header bar above the app, below the top big header. I don't have XM installed here, but you may have to touch it to toggle it, but I swear i remember it shows both Sat and Terrestrial signal strength. (eg. S - 3 / T - 2) or something like that. Scott or someone else can correct me if i'm wrong.

what skin are you using? I am using Aura BW Red, here is a shot of the screen showing the indicator, it is the " S IIII T IIII" thing to the right of XM177. the number of IIIs is the signal, I assume S is satellite and T is Terrestrial repeater.
