I think the download method is hosed now too.

If I go into my account (had 2.0 licence and free u/g to 3.0) and then follow to the download pages, each download ends with a 0kb download......

I do a bit more digging but could be a 500 message comming back ?

you will get access to your my account pages, those actually should have been working already, but there are some issues...

you can email support with additional account information and Reagan can take a look at your specific account...

the store is coming back online as well very soon...

once you login you will be able to upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0...

This is the official final version of 3.0, the 1106 release...

We are doing quite a lot at the office, including uploading all the maps to our mirror server for the 3.0 Navigation product, so this is not helping the bandwidth... We also have LOTS of users trying to download at the same time, and people working on the website...

Gives us another day to get everything cleared up, and just be patient...

Hi David,

Thanks for the reply. Yes the upgrade procedure works fine, just the download links on the nav page arnt working.

I would say its prob a server busy message as each of the downloads ends successfully with a 0 byte payload - oddly the file ends up as xxxx.exe.txt as well so not sure if theres a MIME error there too.

Ill try again later/tomorrow as im in the UK
