Prioritize fastest connection, how?

Hi, I'm using Wlan, 3G, OFDM connections in my carpc. Is it possible to somehow prioritize fastest connection. I have full rate 3G connection, so it's basically always open, but if it's possible to use wlan hotspot which is much faster, how can I make this switch happen automatically.

I think that would eat up some serious CPU cycles. The continuous polling of bandwith on each...... but what do I know.

I had posted about this a while ago. If you are in the US and have Sprint then I have a solution for you (Jansta sorry man I know you are in Finland). The Sprint Connection Manager beta utilizes a "Rules Engine." This allows you to select which connection is your fastest and automatically switch when a connection is lost. (i.e. Set your wifi as your default connection and your 3G (EVDO) as your secondary and whenever you are out of a hot spot you will automatically connect to your 3G connection.) CF doesn't utilize this as of yet but I can see the team possibly implementing in a later release. It would be nice if there was a way to do this because currently when you press the red Internet indicator on the top bar when you have a 3G connection it will proceed to connect to it but if you have wifi as well it will still only connect to the 3G connection.

Yep. That's why I haven't add any connections from CF internet settings. So I'm using Flash OFDM most of the time, and if it's not available then I use Wifi or 3G connection. It just needs to be manually connected...
