have an asus eeepc setup with centrafuse, but the lappy is under the seat so the signal is crap.

is there anything to add an antenna to the laptop?

it will have an internal antenna. It might be possible to dismantle it and rewire the antenna to an external plug which you can attach a wireless antenna to, but I'm guessing you probably wont want to dismantle it. So your best bet would be to buy a usb wireless adapter and use a usb extension cable to mount the adapter in a better location.
